Delivery of Your Goods

As we are one of the largest stockists in the UK of steam showers and whirlpool bath tubs you may be surprised that all of our models are stocked on a next working day delivery service.

From time to time a model may be out of stock for a short period due to over demand, in this instance you are welcome to place your order and we will at the time be able to advise you of an approximate estimated time of arrival for your new item.

Whirlpool baths, Steam showers and Sanitary ware (large items)

Deliveries are made on a next working day basis. This is a service that can not be 100% guaranteed due to external factors such as couriers and traffic conditions. In our experience, goods that are dispatched on a next working day service will 99% of the time arrive on the next working day.

On the day of arrival your consignment will be due for delivery any time between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, if it is getting near to lunch time or you need to urgently know what time your goods will arrive, call us and we will try to acquire an accurate time of arrival for you, this can only be done on the day of delivery.

The delivery company are contracted to perform a doorstep delivery, this means they will unload the goods onto your drive or doorstep. The driver is not permitted to enter your property. You will need to have people available to move the goods once they have been delivered.
